Data I collect and why
- Contact formYour name, email address and message, used only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract.
- Live chatIf you use the chat window, the messages and contact details you share are processed to answer you. The chat is provided by Chatway.
- Website statisticsOnly if you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics measures visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Legal basis: your consent.
- Technical dataMy host keeps server logs (such as IP address, browser and date of visit) for security and proper operation of the website. Legal basis: my legitimate interest.
How long I keep your data
Contact requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless a contract follows, in which case legal retention periods apply. Statistics data is kept according to the Google Analytics retention settings (maximum 14 months).
Who receives your data
I never sell your data. It is only shared with the service providers needed to run this website:
